Hello.

Welcome to The Lady Esquire. My name is Alexis Idalia Marrero Koratich (whew! that was a mouth full). I hail from the great State of Florida and am a proud member of the Florida bar. But, I am more than that too! I am a Christ follower, wife, fur mama, new home owner, and amateur chef.

A few years ago, I started @the_lady_esquire on Instagram. That page has been such a special forum for me to share my thoughts on my experience as a young female attorney starting her career in law. I am not quitting Instagram, but I have felt the need to expand my platform and share my thoughts in a more open space.

I want this to be an open and inclusive community. I want to share my thoughts on all sorts of things with you and hopefully build a community of lady, gent, and everything in between esquires where we can share our common experiences.
